Who Am I?

The Christian School Leader’s Playbook is written by David Huang.

• Classroom Teacher for 6 years: I have been in the classroom and I know what it is like to be a teacher. I experienced the admin-teacher divide, and what teachers are looking for in their school leaders.
• Leading Schools since 2016: I have been in school leadership since 2016, leading different levels in private schools. I have worked with teaching teams teaching over 400+ students.
• Christian Ministry since 2005: Christian schools are a ministry, and I have been involved in Christian Ministry in a variety of roles, including team leader and teaching pastor.

I am a firm believer that now is the greatest time to be leaders in Christian Schools, leading a diverse teaching team that unites around the Way of Jesus for millions of families looking for hope, good role models for their children, and a faith community to belong.
